AthletECO schedule texts

What the texts are

Two kinds, and only these two. When a tournament or league publishes a schedule with one of your teams in it:

AthletECO: Loudoun Lightning 14U's Fall Classic schedule is out - 4 games. First game Sat, Oct 17, 9:00 AM at Herndon MS, Court 2. https://www.athletecosports.com/o/big-time-hoops/t/fall-classic-2026 Reply STOP to opt out.

And when one of your team’s published games changes time or court:

AthletECO: Loudoun Lightning 14U v Fairfax Flight 14U (Fall Classic) has moved. Now Sat, Oct 17, 10:30 AM at Herndon MS, Court 3. Was Sat, Oct 17, 9:00 AM. https://www.athletecosports.com/o/big-time-hoops/t/fall-classic-2026 Reply STOP to opt out.

“Your teams” means a team your athlete is rostered on, or one you coach or help run. Each text carries the same facts as the email you already get about it.

How to sign up

Sign in to your AthletECO account, open Settings, and under “Text messages” enter your mobile number, read the wording below, switch it on and save. We record the number, the wording you agreed to and when. Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase, registration or of using AthletECO. Athlete accounts cannot turn them on.

What you agree to

Text me AthletECO schedule updates at this number: when a schedule with one of my teams is published, and when one of their games changes time or court. Message frequency varies, usually a few texts on an event weekend. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. How often

Only when a schedule is published or a game moves: usually a few texts on an event weekend, and none in a quiet week. Turning off “Schedules and moved games” under Notifications in Settings stops these texts too.

Cost

AthletECO does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any text and they stop; you get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to begin again. Reply HELP for help. You can also press “Stop texts” in Settings at any time.

Your number

Your mobile number is used only to send these texts, through our messaging provider, Twilio. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Privacy Policy covers everything else we hold, and the Terms of Service apply.
